My Baby turned 2

 Strider boy had a birthday. He turned 2 on October 25th. I can't believe that he is already 2. I am still pretty much totally smitten by this boy. We had a pumpkin cake (cute huh...I made that cake - I'm patting myself on the back right now). Anyways, we had some friends over for cake and ice cream and opened presents and that was about it.  Strider didn't know what to do when we were all singing to him. Then he wouldn't blow out the candles so Kyler helped. Kyler tried to blow them out but was pretty much spitting instead of blowing. Finally the candles were blown out and the eating began.  Strider got a toy house, lincoln logs, tractor and some other little things for his birthday.

At his 2 year appointment these are his stats:
weight: 31 lbs 6 oz - 88%
height 36.5 inches - 96%
head 19 inches - 42%

My cute baby boy is no longer in the upper 90th percentile for weight. Darn. He is so super cute.
He LOVES his mama. 
When he runs he has one arm pumping along. 
He still has breathing treatments everyday. 
He is the best at riding his plasma car. 
He actually rode the tricycle by himself, pedaling the other day.
He drinks a TON. Every morning he is absolutely soaked in his crib because he pees so much from drinking so much. 
He LOVES his binki. I am suppose to start letting him only have it when in his crib - I have yet to undertake this fun adventure. He will take 4 binkis with him everywhere he goes. One in his mouth, one in each hand and one in a pocket. He also loves his pink newborn binki so he looks super cool when walking around with a pink binki.
He talks a lot. At his appt he was barely under the speech limit they want a 2 year old to be at. I was suppose to write down words he could say - within 1 day he had already gone above what he is suppose to say. Needless to say, i'm not worried about it anymore.
He is our most well-behaved at church.
He loves nursery now and doesn't even cry when we drop him off.
He absolutely LOVES to sing "Jesus wants me for a Sunbeam". He picks it EVERY time for FHE.
He loves Buzz Lightyear.
He adores our neighbors Michael and Allison. Whenever he sees them outside he yells their name and runs and gives them hugs.
He calls our neighbor Christy..Cookie. She always gives him a cookie so now he just calls her Cookie.
He gave my mom and dad their new names. Monga and Ponga.
He still naps from about 1:00 - 3:00 most days. He goes to bed around 8:00.
He has yet to climb out of his crib.
He likes to not sit on his booster seat anymore while eating and likes to sit on the bench.
Taegen and Kyler both absolutely love Strider. Kyler and Strider will fight or get along great. Taegen watches out for Strider.
Strider likes me and only me (or Ryan) to push him in the swing. 
He is pretty shy around other people and clings to me.
He can be quite the whiner.
He loves to brush his teeth and wants to about thirty times a day.
He likes to pick out his shirt each day and it takes him about 5 minutes. He sits and looks at the shirts and then points to one and then says no and then finally will pull one off the hanger.
He thinks he's a goofball and he is most the time.

That's about it. We LOVE having Strider and we are all still totally smitten with how cute and fun he is. I love his little dimple and his chubby cheeks.
